In an era defined by supply chain realignments, electric mobility and sustainable manufacturing, Aashita Enterprises is emerging as a dynamic force that blends engineering excellence with global strategy. Founded in 2012 by industry veteran Pankaj Gupta, the Jaipur-based company has evolved from a focused bearing ring manufacturer into a multi-country manufacturing and technology group with ambitious plans for the future.

With over 35 years of experience in the bearing industry, including leadership roles at National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings), Gupta laid the foundation of Aashita on deep technical knowledge, supply chain expertise and a strong R&D orientation. Today, the company operates four manufacturing plants across Jaipur (India), Ningbo (China), Jakarta (Indonesia) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), along with a dedicated R&D and EV technology centre in Wuxi, China.

Integrated Global Manufacturing Model
Aashita’s unique business model strategically leverages global strengths. Semi-finished products are manufactured in China to optimize raw material costs, while major value addition is executed in India supporting the “Make in India” vision. Meanwhile, Indonesia and Vietnam facilities focus on finished bearing rings and automotive components to serve India and Southeast Asian markets, helping diversify sourcing risks.

The company manufactures deep groove ball bearing rings up to 60 mm OD and specializes in small DGBB rings through tube and cut blank routes. With advanced CNC turning lines, continuous annealing furnaces and automated heat treatment systems, Aashita ensures high precision and consistent quality. It holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications, reinforcing its commitment to global automotive standards
.
Its growing client portfolio includes leading names such as Bajaj Auto, SKF, and Schaeffler, who regard Aashita as a value-added supply chain partner.

Growth, Diversification and EV Vision
Aashita’s growth roadmap includes adding forging lines for medium and large bearings, expanding CNC capacity, and entering rubber seal manufacturing. Financial projections reflect this aggressive expansion strategy, targeting significant revenue growth in the coming years.
Beyond bearings, Aashita is diversifying into automotive components such as pistons, engine valves and camshafts. However, its most ambitious leap lies in electric mobility. The company plans phased development of electric two-wheelers and envisions manufacturing an affordable passenger EV aimed at making personal mobility accessible to rural India.

Sustainability and Social Commitment
Aashita’s strategy extends beyond profits. The company is investing in energy-efficient motors, variable frequency drives and a planned 100 kW solar plant to move toward carbon neutrality.
Equally inspiring is its social mission providing mobility vehicles for specially-abled individuals and pursuing a long-term dream of building a cancer treatment hospital for underprivileged patients.
Driven by innovation, resilience and purpose, Aashita Enterprises stands as a powerful example of how Indian manufacturing can integrate global operations, embrace sustainability and create meaningful social impact all while accelerating into the future of motion.
