Italian consulting and trading specialist ICT srl strengthens its international presence with the launch of a new branch in China and a long-term partnership with Shanghai-based Bearing-Talk, marking a significant step in supporting the global bearings and bearing components industry.
ICT srl, an Italian company active since 2012 in the worldwide bearings industry, has taken a significant step in its international growth strategy with two important developments in China. Headquartered in Pinerolo, near Turin in north-west Italy, ICT provides a wide range of services including technical, organizational and merger & acquisition (M&A) consulting, as well as the supply of components, tooling and advanced technologies. With established operations in India and Brazil, the company continues to expand its global footprint to better serve customers across key industrial markets.
In June, ICT officially opened a new import, export and consulting branch in Shandong Province, China. The new entity, Liaocheng Elite International Trading Co. Ltd., has been created to support the Chinese bearings and bearing components industry with a comprehensive portfolio of specialized services and products. Strategically located in one of China’s major industrial regions, the branch is designed to act as a bridge between Chinese manufacturers and international markets.
Through Liaocheng Elite International Trading Co. Ltd., ICT offers technical, organizational and M&A consulting, along with the import and export of bearing components and finished bearings. The branch also focuses on the import of special materials for the aircraft bearings industry, high-precision abrasive grinding wheels and diamond dressing wheels, customized assembly and control machinery for bearing production, and high-speed cold heading machines for the manufacture of steel rollers and balls. In parallel, Elite will facilitate export operations of special, high-quality components and bearings, enabling Chinese producers to access global markets under competitive conditions.
Further strengthening its presence in China, ICT signed a long-term partnership in September with Bearing-Talk, a Shanghai-based consulting and communication company recognized for its expertise in bearing application engineering, marketing and industry communication. Bearing-Talk also operates a specialized industry portal and think tank, supporting some of the world’s leading bearing manufacturers.
The partnership is built on the creation of strong synergies between the two companies’ core competences. Together, ICT and Bearing-Talk will jointly develop consulting projects not only in China but also internationally. Their combined services include the design of non-standard bearings for specific applications, technical consulting on manufacturing operations such as grinding, heat treatment, forging and non-destructive testing, benchmarking of technologies and production layouts, supplier auditing and qualification, failure analysis, performance evaluation, technical training, inspection and testing services, metrological calibration, and advisory support for M&A projects worldwide.
